I’m a wife and mom to three amazing teenagers, a lifelong sentimentalist, and the kind of person who has always believed that memories are our most valuable keepsakes.
My love for preserving moments started before I could even walk — literally. My Grandpa made me a memory book when I was born, filled with notes, photos, and tiny details about my very first days. It was one of the greatest gifts I’ve ever received, and it quietly shaped who I became: someone who notices the little things, holds onto stories, and believes that love lives in the details.
I started Dear Elly because I wanted memory-keeping to feel different.
Not overwhelming.
Not complicated.
But beautiful, meaningful, and easy enough to actually do.
